Timber City Alberton aren't bothered to serve you

Went there today, was completely ignored. the cashier told me to speak to Eric. I went to him, stood directly in front of his work station but he couldn't even look up and acknowledge me. He eventually got up, mumbled something in my direction then walked off. Builder warehouse is literally across the road so I rather went there where even though they're 10x busier I was helped straight away. Reading other reviews here it's clear this was not an isolated incident.
