Still don't have my Kitchen units, after 12 days, when promissed in 4.

On the 18 May 2019, I went to Timber City Alberton to get my kitchen units cut out for me. I was told that the saw that was going to cut out the kitchen units was out of order that weekend and that I would only be receiving my kitchen unit on Monday the 20 May 2019. After a number of calls on Monday I was told that the saw was still malfunctioning and that the technician will only restore the saw on Tuesday, Tuesday came and went and still I was not notified about whether the units were available or not, or whether the technician was successful in fixing the saw. It is now 29 of May and still, no-one from Timber City Alberton has called me to inform me whether any development has been made.

I have to also state that on Monday 20 May and Tuesday 21 May 2019, Not one call was made to me I had to call repeatedly and each time I was told that a salesperson would get back to me and each time they did not. I had to go out of my way to call this company and no one made an endeavor to get ahold of me.
