Return Goods

On the 28/08/2015 I bought 3 Bulkhead outdoor round euro pl lights . My electrician installed them . Only to find that all three were not working . When I took them back . I was accused of breaking them .they took them and told I will be called . I went to check few weeks later . Nothing has happened and they are giving me a run around .and I'm also given attitude when I went to find out the progress . Up until today nothing is happening . Would you please assist me to resolve the matter
