Resolving a long standing complaint

The store manager had the courtesy to personally contact us, explain his perspective as to why the goods were delayed and undelivered and agreed to make amends by arranging a special delivery and replacing missing goods.<br> <br> We greatly appreciate this gesture and can say that our faith has been restored in their customer service.
