Refund

I bought materials at the store and asked for a delivery but then my materials were delivered to a wrong address, we went there to collect my materials again m the one whose busy fixing their mess, there were things that were not there and again m the one who is making the calls asking what is happening. So today I went to the store to return some of the pvc which were not open still in plastic so there was this guy call Jerry he open the plastic and said we can't refund you all of them coz they're damaged. Firstly they spent four days outside at the wrong address,so suddenly m accountable for the damage stock that I did even open. Please help
