poor service from timber city alberton

my wife ordered 2 cupboards from timber city alberton. the sizes were provided. eventually when they were ready i went to collect them on sat. but they had forgotten to cut the backs, so i waited 40mins for thar. nobody seemed interested to help me. very frustrating. i carried all the pieces up 2 flights of stairs to assemble them as timber city does not assemble cupboards. a cupboard manufacturer that does not assemble cupboards. anyway after trying to sort the puzzle out, i discovered that the door was 200mm to long for the sides. all the shelves were different sizes and the other cupboard had no sides. carried everything back down and returned it on monday. they promised to sort it asap but still nothing. very disappointed with there level of service.
