Poor service

Phoned Timbercity Alberton for confirmation on prices and availability and then went to the store. Stood around for a long time while staff seemed busy with their own issues (not serving customers). quality and availability did not match previous conversations. Not the first time i have been disappointed with poor service from Alberton. Will probably never go back.
