Poor Poor Poor Poor!

Absolutely useless service from Timber City in Kraaifontein sharing with the Buco Office. The Sales consultant, Johnathan, Informed me that they ONLY work with Melamine, no other wood what so ever! Should their name not then be Melamine City? You cannot advertise yourselves as Timber City if you only work with Melamine. Imagine going to Pie City and you order Pies but they say they only work Samoosas? Makes no sense. The Sales Consultant was very rude when I asked him to measure the diameter of the poles that I needed for my babies co-sleeper as he did not have a Vernier Caliper, he also went to the shelves to get a brand new tape measure to measure the length of said poles. All in all a shocking experience from this Sales Consultant, not competent in his job and extremely under equipped for the role. These consultants should have these basic tools to practice good basic service as consultants. Poor Poor Poor! Ended up buying a broom stick and cut in size for stability for my babies co-sleeper. Shocking Timber City or should I say, Melamine City!
