Overpriced and poor service.

I have received the appalled service at this Athlone store. One would think coming to you guys because you would receive good service instead of going to other stores that sell the same products for cheaper.

I sent my brother and father to simply buy 2 x combo insta cupboards but it was too much for this staff to handle. No one knew what stock they had upstairs and no staff member was very helpful finding out, everyone was extremely unprofessional.

Those items are advertised inclusive of handles, yet they said it doesn't include any handles. Even when I requested a quote prior to purchase (as the pdf on your website offers no pricing info) a sales person could not help me as he was on "training still". Why let him assist in sales with such low sales qualities? No offer to call back or refer me to someone, just hanged up, granted this was a couple of weeks ago; I had to request a quote from the Woodstock branch from an Aaron who sent me a quote in a few minutes. So do you guys get customer by saying handles inclusive then saying it doesn't include so we can spend more money in a poor service store?

To put the cherry on top, guys refusing to help my 50+ old father carry stuff to his vehicle saying that they on tea break and it’s not their job. You guys should provide a better service since you are so overpriced. I will never consider a timbercity store again. Management, staff, sales are all very extremely unhelpful and do not deserve my business again.
