Not helpfull at all

I went to timber city alberton to have wood cut and a hole drilled in a counter top. The website states that timber city drills and cuts to size. They do NOT say that you have to have bought said wood from them! They charge R20 per cut but only if you bought the wood from them. What do you do if you dont have the necessary tools to do so? Not everyone does thats why you would think that timber city would help people who cannot cut wood themselves! I was willing to pay! Furthermore alberton branch said they dont drill. Really? And the website states that drilling is one of the (apparent) services offered??? Pathetic service timber city alberton. When i needed help you werent there for me.
