NO DELIVERY

On 8 January 2016 Johnny Mojapelo quoted on some kitchen cupboards which I needed. My son made an EFT payment for the full amount on 11 January 2016. I then emailed the proof of payment to Tyrone Souter on the 12th January 2016. Originally we said that we would collect the order but on confirming payment I requested that they please deliver the goods. Tyrone never rep**** to my email. After phoning and requesting as to when I would receive my order on a number of occasions, I resorted to sending their Head Office via the online contact form explaining my predicament. On 28 January 2016 the goods were delivered. We wrote on the delivery note that the handles had not been delivered. On examining the goods further I phoned and advised that the grocery cupboard did not have the holes punched in so that I could place the shelves. This cupboard was fetched on 22 February 2016 by a member of their Roodepoort staff and to date nothing has happened. I again complained via the online contact form but have heard zilch. I now need them to pick their goods up from my premises and refund me the whole amount so that I can order from a reliable company.
