Never have stock of advertised specials

<p>Whenever I go to purchase one of their advertised specials they never have stock. In this instance I went to purchase the 35 piece router bit set advertised in their November leaflet. In their paphlet they state that:</p> <p>"Unless we state a specific limitation, we will attemt to have sufficient advertised stock available. If we run out of stock, we will attempt to obtain stock or offer you a reasonable alternative" </p> <p>I find it hard to believe that within 2 days of the special starting all their stock was sold out, nobody offered to source stock or offered an alternative. This isn't the first time this has happened and quite frankly it is unacceptable to advertise a product without being able to supply it</p>
