We placed an order at timbercity last week Tuesday and the salesman told us it would be ready by Friday it is now the next weak Wednesday and they phoned us to come and collect the wood. When we got there they have gotten our order short of what we ordered and when asked to cut the rest (since we paid for it) they told us they where out of stock
