Megamaster special

I bought the Megamaster that was on special in December for R3,599<br> <br> On purchase the ***l was not provided. I have called a few times to get this and although was helped initially by them checking for stock, I was told today that since the item was not provided to me in a box and I bought it off the floor, they would have to order a new one which I'd have to pay for?<br> <br> They asked for a slip to check again, which now after so long I seem to have lost unfortunately. I did pay by Card so surely they can call up the transaction themselves too.<br> <br> Needless to say very disappointed!
