insolent disrespectful staff, terrible service

Nearly a month ago we purchased counter tops from timber city alberton, after another very bad experience from their sales assistant wilson ndlovo and a lost cutting list, sold counter tops and disrespectful staff we had yet another run in with their terrible staff members. Upon collection of our countertops today, they were not only scratched and corners damaged the staff members who allegedly assisted us namely mtokozisi and oscor, we were yet again disillusioned by their disrespect full and insolent manor. Mr coutts if you want a shop left after very much longer, maybe you should consider replacing most of your staff!
