*********** Timbercity has no customer service.

<p>I started a small business doing kitchen and cupboards. Made use of Timbercity in tie Jhb area. I am currently trying the 4th one. They cannot deliver what you ask for and delver on the day promised. They under quote and expect the customer to take the loss. They never have stock and if they do the cutting is done by someone that cannot read a tape measure. They take forever to pay your money back and forces customers to pay in full without sticking to agreements. On my 4th Timbercity and they allowed me to pay a deposit so that they are forced to deliver before full payment is done. Hoped the service would be better. 2days after delivery now they have been without power and no generator to assist. Unserstand to a point but i am so dissapointed as head office never got back to me regarding my first complaints. I would strongly suggest to people to find alternative suppliers and if you find one please let me know as 4 out of 4 Timbercity's dissipointed so much that i cannot understand that their doors are still open. Why? Because everyone is alwys on leave or in business meetings. Maybe inform customers if you cannot deliver to the standards and time set by ordinary customers. We just want what you said you can deliver. We pay and do our part, why can't you do your part. Is this a SA thing or is my standards to high.?</p>
