Timber City Roodepoort Service is utterly Poor i waited and hour and a half 25/08/2020 just to pay for a order or 10 x 550x550 small pvc cupboard shelves and 1 x565x1730 Pieter the sales person said i can collect today @ 15:00 i called Pieter today at 3 he said the order was ready to collect i Leave home. I wait an hour by collections for somone to help me BECAUSE everyone on lunch that time in the afternoon only to find out my order was never processed? Finally find Manager Louis apparently and ask for a refund he was to glad to give me a refund walking in and out the work shop and shop floor looking for my stock i ordered staff eating pies and drinking coke no customer service at all. The cashier has to run from the front of the store to back to give me customer service number? Shes waiting to go on a smoke break the smoke and lighter lying on the counter infront of me by cash desk not all the staff are even wearing masks. While waiting only to discover another old man that was shouting at louis because his order has not been found for 2 weeks now? Really bad Customer service iv recieded got my refund going to builders tomorrow 300 cheaper and i get the wood same day. Sales manager Danie Greef. Ryan Reg Manager.
