Last week I phoned the TC in Springs to price Polycarbonate Roof Sheeting and to ask if they have stock. Gave me a price, confirmed stock avail. Friday me and Fianc? went to TC in Springs. Terrible service to begin with. Were sent from section to section, person to person, no-one seemed to know where the product was kept. Eventually found someone that knew, turned out that the product wasn't priced and there was also no stock, just one sheet. We were sent to a Marco. He was unfriendly and made it very clear we are disturbing him while he was busy with something else. Told us when he was finished with what he was doing he will phone the supplier and see if he can order, but he wasn't very hopeful as it was Friday and the factory will be closed. Asked him to phone me and confirm the new price, how long it will be until the supplier can deliver. Still no call or vm. I also don't see why I have to pay the new price as I was already \quoted"over the phone and informed that they have sufficient stock at a certain price. maybe because we are a *** couple he was not interested in helping us .I have to wonder if perhaps this was because me and my partner were obviously a *** couple."""
