Disgusted

<p>I ordered some wood from Timber City , Trichardt branch. I paid beforehand and upon collecting 10 November, I was told that the amount they charged me was wrong and I need to pay more. I told the Lady that I already Quoted on the Job I was going to do, and will now have a loss of R450. The Owner of the shop came and started to scream on his staff, Dirk who assisted me the previous day, with the sale. I told the Owner that this guy was actually the only one who really assisted me very well. Then suddenly the Owner started screaming at me and swearing at me, telling me that this is his shop. </p> <p>And if this was not enough, my 7 Year old Daughter was with me, and saw and heard everything he yelled and the swearing. </p> <p>This is un acceptable and I will NEVER shop at Timber City again!</p>
