Disgraceful Customer Service

Good day. When attempting to purchase a wood board cut to specification at the Nelspruit Timber City branch, The counter salesman could not or would not understand my cutting requests. With over 40 years engineering experience, I am quite competent in drawing a sketch of my requirements. The sales person as well as his sales manager were totally unhelpful and rude. Timber City Nelspruit need to up their unacceptable customer service if they want to compete with the many other wood suppliers in Nelspruit. Even Timber City's Head Office complaint contact website is unresponsive. Please Timber City, train your staff to understand simple drawings and to treat your customers with respect. Thank you.
