Discontented customer
My resent shopping experience at Timber City is one that I would not like to repeat. I paid for material in December 2020 in order to secure early delivery in January 2021 and after numerous excuses and non returned, promised calls from Salisha I eventually received my Carina counter tops on the 16 Feb. The question is, was this just negligence on the part of the workers or did they have a legitimate stock delivery problem? Am I trying to run Timber City down? Not at all. I would like to high light a problem of incompetence in informing me as the customer that there was a problem before I had to call them, only to hear that my order was not put through or the follow up call that the factory could not supply according to Basil, the manager. The question begs to be asked than, why was the stock availability not confirmed before I paid in December for the tops? I would suggest that the owner address this kind of problem(s) in order not to have more unhappy customers that are ready to be scooped up by the opposition.
Stressed out.
