Bad service

My husband and I went to timbercity in albeton and wanted to purchase some cabinets for out kitchen on Saturday (07/10/17), We got there with a quote we had received before but had some slight changes we wanted to make therefore the quotation had to be adjusted. We were helped by a Mc Donald and aWilson had taken measurements in my kitchen before and so mc Donald helped us locate him that day to elaborate what was to happen. Wilson asked us to pay for the “older” quotation and that cost would be adjusted with any changes made and so we did just that. I was in communication with Wilson (with a kitchen plan and 3d picture)on how far he was in redoing the quotation and he confirmed completion on Tuesday. We didn’t get delivery till Saturday. When the stuff was delivered the delivery guy (Doctor) has the most shocking attitude and way incredibly rude on the phone, they delivered what looked like a pile of wood ( even if you wanted to check and verify everything it was simply impossible) in the biggest rush. While carpenter was working on this he came to realize that a huge number of things were missing and just didn’t correspond with plan and 3d. He carried on building what he could but before long had to stop as more than 30% of the components were missing( doors, hinges, counter top , shelves the list goes on)we were sitting with pieces of cabinetry that was not finished to the finish we chose and not drilled for hinges.

This is just the most unbelievable service I have received , as you can imagine the frustration and just anger that we are dealing with. I am due to give birth in a few weeks and are preparing the house to be in better living condition for us all , I have very little room for such fall outs. I would really like this to be resolved ASAP.
