Timber and Poles for Africa - Stephan Heiberg Dont buy anthing from him

Bought a 10 seat Pine table and chairs from them on 20 March 2018. They wanted me to pay an amount of R16000 and they will deliver the set 5 days later. Long story short I told them that I will pay cash on delivery. They delivered the set 2 weeks later without the cushions. They promised to deliver the cushions the next week. I paid the full amount. To date I have received nothing. Phone calls and emails doesn't help. The owner "Stephan Heiberg" does not even want to speak to me. The lady answering the phone is not allowed to give out his cell nr. Timber and Poles or Africa is also one of his companies.
