COMPLAIN

I ordered a table that comes with10 chairs and cushions from Timber Africa on the 30th August 2014. On the 3rd of September 2014 I made a deposit of R20 000 towards the order. The money was deposited in Mrs I Heibergs account. Timber Africa made a promise to deliver the goods before the 23rd of September 2014 as this was meant for my mothers birthday. However no delivery of the goods was made as promised. I then did a follow up to find out what happened, the lady that was assisting me with regards to this matter was very rude to me and I got no assistance. The company has not bothered until today to update me about the order I am the one that needs to call them and I get no answers from them.
