Poor arrangement and service.

Booked at Timamoon lodge for the 7th of July 2018 to get engaged, paid R16 000 for a two night stay. This includes dinner and breakfast each day. On the day before departure we informed the hostess that we will be having breakfast at the villa because we are leaving early and they should deliver at around 8:30. On the day of departure we waited for the breakfast to be delivered, nothing happened we phoned at about 09:00 to the hostess cellphone only to be advised she has left on leave and that there was no instruction left to serve us breakfast. The gentlemen then said he can quickly put something together for us. I mean really for the amount we paid you would expect the best service. I asked how are we going to get remunerated for the breakfast we didn't recieved because we are already late and wanted to leave early. We were just informed sorry either wait or we will forfeit our breakfast. I told them that this is unacceptable and that I will not be paying them for the stuff from the mini bar. I then got threatened by the owner ***lyn, and got threatening emails from them that they will be taking legal action and insinuated that I am a ********. I would not recomend them to anyone. If you go there make sure you take your own breakfast.
