Incomplete job

<p>My rating for this *****,&nbsp;Tim Teguru, should actually be -10 stars!! He ****. He STOLE. And he left the job unfinished . He is not a builder's backside! Left the site in a mess. Did not remove the rubble, their ******* . Dirt, cooldrink bottles. Absolutely disgraceful . I can believe that there are "people" like this out there</p>
