Bad/no service - unprofessional.

On March 18,2023 I placed an order for goods with the above organisation and paid - ref *** PERSLIM MH15 CARD NO. 5305. R1130.48 On March 18,2023 another transaction was processed against my Bank Account – *** PERSLIM MH15 Card no.5305 R3745.87

I did not initiate a 2nd transaction. – and have not received any goods from them to date. Despite two emails to the company - I had no communications from them and no goods delivered. I did request a cancellation of the transaction when I saw the multiple transactions on my bank account. The Email is as follows '***'
