Poor Service delivery

i purchased a property through a property Agency and the assigned the above mentioned company to deal with my property transfer. i was requested to pay for their services which i did with no hassle, the property was registered into my name towards the end on April `15. when i went to Tshwane Municipal to open an account, i was refused to as there was an outstanding amount of +R2000 on the house. i notified the company immediately and they refuse to assist me telling me there is nothing they can do to make the seller settle, they gave me his contact details to make arrangements with him or seek legal advice else where to help me get the seller to settle his account. i find this situation very unfair to me i paid for a service, and now i find myself in debt, and they do not want to take responsibility of they job not properly done. another issue is my name on the deed was spelled wrong and am not receiving communication unless i follow the lady to update me on the progress of correction.
