<p>They served me summons in 2014 to which I responded by paying the arrears. Now in 2016 they served me the acxacts same summons when I question this they told me stories which were about me but news to my ears They claim I made arrangements to pay the arrears a statement which was a lie as I made no arrangements but paid. I went further to ask how to calculate 10 days from documents dated 2014 instead of responding William Letsoalo wrote an email to his client (Absa )saying that I am beating a drum about 2014 summons he further went on to say if they serve new summons the matter won't be given a chance in court as I am unemployed! </p> <p>All my life I have never experienced such under handed tactics where others are tramped on just in the name of money no matter what the outcome will be </p> <p>Absa team up with NGOs to better the life of the needy while on the other hand they team up with lawyers to make mockery of the unemployment they capitalize on unemployment to evict a family they also go as far as lying under oath saying that the house they are doing all they can to sell it is not the primary residence </p> <p>how low will William of Tim Du toit stoop to please a client that has no humanity is the money they pay him that much that he is willing to sell his soul and help his client send a retrenched mother and son out in the street ?</p>
