Worst Service Ever

On the 29/04/2014, I had rented out a property in 7 Pierneef road Greenhills Ext 3 Randfontein. When prompted to pay rent, if the tenants were one day late, we were charged a penalty fee of 10% of the amount owed. The problem started when the fluctuations in utilities bill occurred on a regular basis and the rental agency unilaterally decided to renew the lease of which i disputed it and opted to vacate the premises. I had to serve a notice of 1 calendar month and at the end of February 2015, an outgoing inspection was conducted. i went to their offices to give them my banking details for deposit refund only be told verbally that the quotation to paint the two bedroom flat we had rented would cost R5200 and it does make sense because there were no structural damage and deposit was R4376.
