Tiletoria useless staff/assistance

Visited Tiletoria on tuesday went looking for walls tiles. There was no one on the floor to assist customers. So my husband had to go call a lady to assist us. We saw a particular tile that we were looking for and asked how much it would be costs for a 4 sqm. She gave us a price and then we asked about a similar and how are their pricing in conjunction with other tile suppliers. she so rudely said its not her job to compare pricing and wasn't very helpful to us. I will never go back there with service like that. Its her job to help customers its not like shes doing us any favours... Sorry didnt get the lady's name, but she was an indian lady with a red dot.
