Tiletoria representative tries to con me out of R33 118.90

On the 10th of August I walked into the Tiletoria Showroom on Malibongwe Drive looking for a specific tile. I Found the tile I was looking for with the help of sales representative (Sainah Kangaza), and left my details with her to send me a quote. She emailed me the first quote of R93 051.08, promising that she would give me some “discount”. An hour later she sent the “discounted” price at R79 094.86. Even thought I just asked for a quote she kept phoning me every week to ask when I am going to buy the tiles, I said that I had just requested a quote and would let her know when I am ready. Then on the 27th of August my partner requested a quote from the same branch, for the exact same tiles and the exact same quantity. He got a quote for R59 932.18, that is R33 118.90 less than I was quoted for the EXACT same tiles.
