Cumbersome and slow systems

Lovely range but the service isn't great - I returned 2 taps wanting to exchange them for others. I parked my car in the front of the store. Sanitized, then asked an assistant where I can exchange the taps. I was directed to the outside of the store about 200m around the outside of the building marked "receiving" (not returns) - waited a while to get a credit note no. Once I received the no. I had to walk back another 200m back into the store to be helped by someone to get a different tap. Once I choose the new tap, I have to pay at the cashier inside the store and then make my way around the outside of the building (200m) back to Receiving/Dispatch to pick up the item I wanted to exchange for. What a cumbersome experience! It really isn't geared at the customer at all. Would rather shop somewhere else.
