BAD SERVICE

I placed an order for tiles and was told they would be there on Monday morning. On Monday morning I sent Celeste an email requesting her to let me know when the tiles would be there. She rep****: \will do"and by 10h00 I had not heard from her. My wife then left from Gallo Manor in Sandton to go and collect the tiles. She arrived there at 10.45. This is by no means a short distance. <br> <br> When she got to Tiletoria in North Riding she was told that the rep had not yet delivered the tiles. She then said she would wait in the area for a while and wait to hear from Celeste when the tiles would arrive. Celeste phoned her at 11:37 (an hour later) to tell her that the tiles had still not arrived and would phone her as soon as they arrived. She never heard from her again.<br> <br> My wife then left North Riding as I needed these tiles urgently"
