25 Year warrenty fail

I purchased Natures' Floor vinyl flooring form Tiletoria mid 2014. I was assured that this was the simplest product to install and that I could do it myself. that turned out not to be the case. After an installation disaster I had to have it all redone and replace 5 boxes (@ R1000 a box). I had the second installation done by a FloorsDirect technician by the name of Ralph. Late last year I noticed that the planks, particularly in the kitchen, were pulling apart leaving noticeable gaps between the boards. I then made a formal complaint to Anton on 7 January 2015. <br> <br> After numerous calls he has yet to contact me out of his own and come to view the site. His excuse has been that he needs to come with the installer. I have since arranged for installer view the state of the floors. His opinion is that it is definitely due to product failure. <br> <br> I know that the products clicking system has been re-designed since my purchase which would imply that this complaint is not the first of its kind... yet I have been ignored. <br> <br> In short: I would not recommend this product or service provider.
