Bad customer service

Good day

My name is Motsamai Makgolane, I bought porcelain tiles at Tiles4 all in Pretoria West, they cost me 15 000, when I made payment the tiles i needed was out of stock they asked me to pay so they can place an order.

To my surprise when I went to collect my tiles, I discovered that Tiles4 all Pretoria West decided to buy ceramic tile instead of porcelain as discussed and agreed. When I asked the manager Cindy she said the company who supp**** them didn't have package for porcelain so they packaged it inside ceramic which is not true, I paid a price of porcelain for ceramic tiles.

Please assist me by talking to them to refund me my 15 000 so that I can go and buy real porcelain at another shop.
