Poor customer service

went to the Booysens branch to get wall tiles and the sales lady told me that my order will be ready in 3 working days, I was called the next day and told that the order was ready only to get there and find out that it was the wrong order. No one called me to update me with regards to my order and when I called after a week I was told that the tiles were out of stock countrywide. talk about poor service.
