False Advertising, Shocking Service, and Lies

Shocking service and false advertising. They advertise the Kansas 8mm laminate flooring on their website at R180 a square meter. We drove to the Bramley branch where we were told the same floor costs and R291 a sqm and that the one on the website was not the same as the one in store. They could produce the sample of any other item in store with the same name. Then the manager said that there was a significant price increase and the website wasn’t updated. Then I said the price on the website should have been updated. He then called someone and came back to say they sold out of this product. Convenient as I now wanted it at the price on the website which I’ve been checking over the last month. Stay away - they don’t know their products and their pricing is misleading. Go to CTM where you will get better value for money and service. Stay away from Tiles4All
