Terrible, unprofessional service

My husband and I purchased tiles from the Corlett store on the weekend. We required 31m2 and they did not have enough stock at the store. We were told we could pay for the full order and they would have the rest delivered to us during the week. We paid according to the quote, received what stock was available in store, and were promised delivery of the outstanding amount the following Wednesday (28 Aug 2019).

We were contacted on Wednesday 28 Aug 2019 only to be told that gentleman that they use to deliver their stock (Apparently an external person with a bakkie, not official company delivery) would not deliver our tiles until we pay him directly.

When we were onsite, we were not informed that the company does not provide delivery, nor were we informed that delivery would cost extra.

We are now not able to receive this order as we are working full time. We had to pay a tiler to come in on the Wednesday that delivery was promised and he was unable to do his work due to the absolute incompetence of the staff and managers at Tiles for All Corlett Drive.

If you want professionalism and transparency, avoid Tiles 4 All at all costs!
