Tile Magic grout not so magic

Late December we had our whole house retiled and only tile Magic products were used. So not even a week later our grout started coming out and holes formed in places. After a big struggle to get the tile company out they took a bag of grout for testing and the feedback we got is that they don't know why but the grout isn't hardening. This now means that they need to remove all 130 square meters worth of grout and redo it all, the inconvenience that will cause as we need to move out of our house again for two days at least and after that wash everything as we all know they will be making so much dust by removing it. So in short well done tile Magic for making a sub standard product and for all the inconvenience you caused! I sure hope the tile glue isn't this bad! So if you want to do the grout work twice use tile Magic to start off with, just hope the tile company will use a better product when they come fix this mess.
