Tile it Newcastle kzn

Hi did purchase a rain shower head for the price of R800 and some change I'm hve in issues with it cause it's all shaking and wobbling and my construction guys told me that some thing in the shower head is broken and tile it won't return it and yea their service to their items are bad seems like they sell reject items
