<p>Today I had been shocked out of my mind! Tile Guru, showed me the worse customer service ever! Luke, hired by the owner of tile guru, namely Gilly, refers to himself as the expert when it comes to working on natural stone flooring, had jumped my gate this morning when it became quite evidently clear that he had no idea how to repair my flooring! Tile guru, expects you to pay upfront before they do the job, not a deposit but the full amount that they quote you on! Initially on inspection of my flooring it was done by the boss himself Gilly! He deals with my husband who straight forwardly asked him to fill the holes in the stone 'which was our main problem' he reassured us that this could be done! He sends us a quote stating that he would 'repair' strip and apply a sealer ontop of the stone. He very cleverly revised the quote to mention filling up the holes in the stone as he maliciously conceals the downplaying of filling the holes in the stone with the word 'repair!' This would become his ace card when he technically argues the reasoning behind him not filling the holes in my stone after he was paid! The owner now claims that he has customers that pay real money in comparison to what I paid him??? Meaning??? He also goes on claiming that he has lost so much money on my trying to 'fix up' my flooring as is as he never foresaw the costs properly involved???? Are you kidding me??? His workers have been begging and pleading with their manager, Luke who disappears for hours on end leaving them unsupervised in my home to please make sure that he brings all the products with him needed in order for them to complete their job! Luke doesn't arrive with products when he comes to do a job, he goes and gets them as he works, to better ***** you out of your money! Luke seems highly intoxicated at times, bleeping on his cellphone and tablet most of the time with dark rings under his eyes and dilated pupils!!! What a mess! Furthermore, he comes into my home digs deeper into the holes making it bigger and creates a pile of mess and jumps my gate...! You people disgust me and when we sat and surveillanced the camera seeing and hearing the way you carried on in my home and property, I plan to expose you thoroughly! The disturbance you caused blaspheming me in my road, neighbours are disgusted at you! Causing disturbance in a peaceful neighbour, is one of your charges young have to deal with!</p>
