Tile Creations CC does not delliver

The tiling job started well but instead of completing in one week, it dragged into a second week. The owner Nico Muller then put another team in to complete the work and the tiler was completely ***********. It caused a great loss of material. I paid in full. Then the shower started leaking through the adjacent wall. Nico refused to return to repair the job. He keep telling me he is out of town and postponing the meeting.
