Tile crazy brakpan mediocre quality products

Bought 30+ boxes from tile crazy brakpan, and on the boxes is written rejects so i assumed tiles are of poor quality but i was using it for an outbuilding so it didnt really matter but i discovered that the tiles were actually white on top and inside some boxes the colour is brown, so i contacted them and their response was that a manager would contact me but i didn't receive any correspondence i then spoke to one of their sale personnel and they told me that thats the reason why they so cheap and thats why the said some tiles will be chipped or have a difference in colour,but to my knowledge if something is a reject it means a reject of an original meaning the color shouldn't be different so anyone looking to buy tiles at tile crazy brakpan just make sure all your tiles are the same colour because this is a ******* how will we as customers know there is different colours inside if there is no clear indication of thay on their packaging also their refund policy requires you to return the complete quantity of tiles you bought you cant return a certain amount of boxes.
