I am totally disgusted by the service offered by Tile and brick in Port Elizabeth and starting to doubt where their business is legit. We bought face bricks from Tile and brick over 2 weeks ago and they made promises to deliver in a few days or the next week. Up until now they are making one story after another, from a truck that broke down to asking us to fetch the bricks ourselves and be refunded the delivery amount. All this comes after the money is paid over to them in full, they did not bother to tell us that they had problems with deliveries before. had they told us, we would have gone to other businesses that can actually deliver. I have given them up until the end of today to deliver, otherwise they must pay the money back in full.
