Poor work standard

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of work recently carried out by, Tile a Lapa, at my property.

Despite raising concerns with you, no satisfactory action has been taken to resolve the issues. This has caused not only inconvenience but also additional costs on my side to seek further repairs.
