TikTok misleading rewards program

I am so unhappy with TikTok and their false rewards program, I entered the TikTok rewards program where you invite a friend to join TikTok. 1st my friend is new on TikTok and never had TikTok before 2nd my friend followed all step like he entered my referral code and he watched video for 10 and more than 30 minutes daily and he is still doing that even now on a daily basis but we both didn’t receive our rewards after completing the daily reward steps, we supposed to get R1200 both by the end of 10days but all I received was R130 and my friend received R10 and I wrote them trying to find out why we dint received the mentioned reward and all I get is same answer every time I write to them. Is like an automated response cause they don’t give me straight answers, I even send them screenshots of everything.I am so furious with their poor service and misleading people about **** rewards program, this is so unfair to do to people
