Tiktok devastated my daughter

My daughter's account was deleted without notification or provocation, unless you count reporting chain messages saying things like your mom will die in 5 minutes if you don't share this. They don't answer when you ask for what is going on, and the woman is devastated. She had thousands of videos and photos saved on there of her and her friends. This is ridiculous.
