Tik Tok help me!!!!

I am an up and coming Tik Toker from South Africa. I've built a Community on this platform! I go by the name @RogerRacks and I've built my account up to 18k Followers. I know it's not alot but I've put so many hours and so much money into this account and Tik Tok doesn't respond to anything! Something is wrong with my account. I'm getting less than 50 View's on my new videos. Which means Tik Tok isn't showing my content to the fyp or to my followers! I run my business from this platform! This is unacceptable. Please Tik Tok, Reach out to me and let's continue this relationship. Thank you!
