Tik Tok Account Hacked - No proper assitance received from Tik Tok (Incompetence)

On Tuesday, 12 March 2024, I was on my TikTok account just after 12h15. I went off due to my daughter that arrived from school. At about 13h00, I wanted to go back in and I couldn't. I checked my email and saw a notification that my email and number was removed and changed. Tried to reset my password and couldn't due to my details that was changed. I notified TikTok about it and they requested info from me which I gave to them. They asked my 3 or 4 times for exactly the same information, and each time I gave them exactly the same answers. I can't remember the exact date of when I created my account but I know it's more than a year ago. Yesterday afternoon and this morning, they informed me that the proof don't match or is insufficient to be able to process my request. I have given them more proof than they asked and even showed them that my backup account's username is exactly the same, but it just ends with a 3 at the back. I have given them 2 of my followers Facebook profiles as well to show them that I know them personally and that we are even friends on facebook as well and still they tell me that it is insufficient. I want to warn everybody that if your TikTok account is hacked, don't bother to contact them because they will not assist you in getting your account back. I am however taking this matter further as well.
